The Talent Care provides professional HR business consulting and talent acquisition services. As a professional services firm, our "Return & Replacement Policy" governs situations where clients are dissatisfied with delivered services or seek remediation for placements or consulting engagements.
The Talent Care delivers intangible professional services β including recruitment, HR consulting, advisory, and talent management β rather than physical goods. As such, traditional product return policies do not apply in the conventional sense. This Policy instead addresses service satisfaction, engagement remediation, and placement guarantees.
We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards. If you are dissatisfied with any service delivered by The Talent Care, we encourage you to raise your concern promptly. Our standard response commitment is:
Where a placement guarantee has been explicitly agreed upon in a signed service agreement or engagement letter, the terms of that agreement govern the replacement process. Standard placement guarantee provisions typically include:
Placement guarantees are not implied and must be expressly stated in your service agreement. Where no guarantee is specified, The Talent Care will still make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve concerns.
If a consulting deliverable (report, framework, strategy document, assessment, etc.) does not meet the agreed specifications, The Talent Care will make reasonable revisions at no additional cost, subject to the agreed scope of work. Material out-of-scope revisions may be subject to additional fees at agreed rates.
Refunds are not offered for services that have been substantially delivered in accordance with the agreed scope. In exceptional circumstances where a service has not been delivered as agreed and remediation is not feasible, The Talent Care may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit toward future services. No cash refunds are provided unless required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
To raise a service concern or request remediation, please contact us in writing at info@thetalentcare.com with your company name, the nature of the service, the specific concern, and your desired outcome. We will acknowledge your concern within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
This Policy is subject to and supplemented by the terms of any signed service agreement or engagement letter between you and The Talent Care. In the event of a conflict, the signed service agreement prevails.
The Talent Care is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. We continually review and improve our digital presence to provide an inclusive experience for all visitors.
We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, as well as applicable requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR). We view accessibility not as a compliance checkbox, but as a fundamental aspect of good design and inclusive business practice.
To support accessibility, The Talent Care implements the following measures on this Site:
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some content or functionality may not yet fully meet all standards. We are actively working to identify and remediate any accessibility gaps. Known areas under ongoing review include: third-party embedded content, complex data visualisations, and legacy document formats.
Our Site is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom functionality.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) at www.crtc.gc.ca.
